24/7 Crisis Outreach is a non-profit organization which responds to psychiatric crisis in Suffolk County. We have a hotline 24/7 as well as a team including a social worker and a nurse practitioner to do home visits in order to conduct interventions in the midst of psychiatric crisis. Our office is located in Port Jefferson, New York though we have numerous people on-call at variable locations throughout Suffolk County in order to increase the community’s accessibility to our services.

Mission
To provide assessment, crisis intervention, and referrals to people in psychiatric crisis within Suffolk County.
To participate in a collaboration of care for clients served by building relationships with community hospitals, mental health treatment centers, psychiatric emergency rooms, substance abuse centers, and the criminal justice system.
